Technological Services, Inc. has immediate opportunities for experienced welding inspectors. The positions offer exciting
opportunities to work for a rapidly growing company in one of the most dynamic and demanding industries in the world.
Acute provides services to the energy industry for onshore and offshore projects and is a resource for technical innovation
to which the energy industry’s engineering groups have turned to design solutions for fabrication challenges.
Candidates should have the following background:
- Familiarity with Carbon and Low Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Stainless and Nickel
Alloys
- Understanding of Fundamental Welding Metallurgy
- Practical Experience with Manual and Automatic Welding Processes
- Experience with ASME, API, AWS, NACE, BS and EN Codes, Standards and Specifications
- Experience with Conventional NDE Methods as well as Automated UT and Digital Radiography
Candidates should also have:
- Computer Experience and Strong Reporting Skills
- Understanding of Offshore Technology including Subsea Production Systems, Deepwater Applications
and Heavy Construction
- Team Building Skills and Good Work Ethics
All applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Welding Inspection Certification or Associates Degree
preferred. ANSI accreditation is a plus.
